IBM 1GB DDR SDRAM Memory Module

This DDR SDRAM RDIMM PC3200 memory option, which is comprised of a pair of 512MB R DIMMs and must be installed in pairs, enables synchronous DRAM to reach much higher performance ratings and I/O bandwidth compared to previous memory architectures.
